Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 343 fo 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66005 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 13.10.2015 and 25.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 46299 of 2015 and 11101 of 2016 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let it be kept on record. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 343 of 2014.
