JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in paragraph-3 of the petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding two unknown accused persons having intercepted the bag of the petitioner herein and are said to have snatched a sum of Rs. 24,000/- along with one mobile phone. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence as against the petitioner herein which is apparent from a bare perusal of the case dairy. It is further submitted that

Lastly, it is submitted that after the petitioner was apprehended in Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017, on the said date he has been remanded in seven other cases apart from the present case.

Thus it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of being arrested in one case, the petitioner is being falsely implicated in other cases by the Police. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S.
