The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 296 of 2017 dated 8.9.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 117 liters of illicit liquor from the motorcycle being driven by the petitioner herein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 9.9.2017.
