The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case no. 248 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of informant by this petitioner with the help of his other family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of informant left the house according to her sweet will and performed marriage with the petitioner in temple. After realizing the real fact, informant Mukesh Mahto and his daughter filed an application in this regard in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60502 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 (SC/ST/POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran on 23.07.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-Icum-Special Judge (SC/ST/POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 248 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
