2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 08.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49879 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner (Rajiv Chaurasiya) was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49879 of 2025, but inadvertently, in the cause title, the details of the petitioner (Rajiv Chaurasiya) has wrongly been typed as Rajiv Chaurasiya, Son of Jagdish Bhagat, Village- Bankarpur, P.S.- Punpun, Dist.-Patna in place of "Rajiv Chaurasiya @ Rajiv Kumar @ Rajiv Kumar

No.66815 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 Chaurasiya Son of Jagdish Bhagat @ Jagdish Chaurasiya Resident of Village- Sherpur Chhatwara, Police StationMahua, District- Vaishali" due to which the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner (Rajiv Chaurasiya).

5. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioner (Rajiv Chaurasiya), as ordered on 08.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49879 of 2025 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 08.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49879 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) shivam/- U T
