JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 5.5.2017 seeks bail in Rajoun PS Case No. 304 of 2016 registered under Section 364 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner had taken away son of the informant along with him for getting him employed in Ludhiyana but never disclosed the address where he was employed and since then he has not returned back.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he got him employed in Ludhiyana but he was mentally ill, so perhaps may hae gone somewhere else.
Learned Counsel for the State states that still investigation is continuing and the informant's son has not yet been recovered. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of charge-sheet.
