JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 354, 354A, 504 and 506 of IPC. As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioners is of trying to establish illicit relationship with the informant and removing her Saree.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners, who happens to be the sons of uncle and dispute is with regard to land, and due to that petitioner no.1 has also filed an application before the SSP, Gaya. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, in relation she is aunt and she is mother of two sons, who are studying in J.N.U, Delhi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61491 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 and other studying Engineering, as such allegation appears to be improbable. Moreover, there is delay of 07 days in lodging the F.I.R.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Mahila P.S.
