Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 376(3), 120(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to personal enmity.
