2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balia P. S. Case No. 129/2023 in a case registered for the offences under 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused firearms injury on the head of the father of informant due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature and petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the simple injury and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.
