This is an application for regular bail in connection with Parashbigha P. S. Case no. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 440, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant has stated in his written complaint that on 22.02.2017 at about 11 A.M. when he was having food in his house, all accused persons including petitioner variously armed entered into his house and petitioner assaulted his wife by legs and shot fire upon her from his pistol which passed touching her ear and she became unconscious. They also snatched ornaments of his wife and took away Rs.50,000/- and also demolished some portion of the house. No firearm injury was found and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1038 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 nature of injuries, except injury no. 3, are said to be simple. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Parashbigha P. S. Case No. 17 of 2017.
