JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 It is very disparaging and disheartening that execution case is pending since past twenty years, before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-VI, Patna City.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court of Sub-Judge-VI, Patna City or his successor Court for expediting the proceedings of the execution case bearing Execution Case No.06 of 2003 (Smt. Lila Devi & another (Ram Lakhan Prasad) Vs. Rajendra Mahto (now died) & Others) and in case appropriate petition is filed, the learned trial Court shall consider the same and expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid execution case.
