Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.409 of 2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 152, 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners and several other accused persons are named and other persons are unnamed. There is allegation that they were participating in the procession and they attacked the police party, causing injury to the police personnel. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against them, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.case No.409 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
