3. Finding the ground taken by the appellant in the aforesaid I.A. for condonation of delay made in preferring this appeal is sufficient and in the interest of justice, aforesaid delay in preferring this appeal is hereby condoned and aforesaid I.A. is accordingly allowed.

5. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No.14 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 354, 341, 323, 379, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (i) (r) (s) and 3
(2) (v-a) of the SC/ST Act.
6. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
7. Permission is granted.
8. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
9. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
