JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Triveniganj, District-Supaul, whereby and whereunder the license of the PDS shop of the petitioner bearing License No. 83 of 2016, has been cancelled. The petitioner has also assailed the appellate order dated 02.07.2019 passed by the Collector, Supaul in Supply Appeal Case No. 09 of 2018. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prefer a revision petition under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016 before the revisional authority. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition and in case such a revision petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the revisional authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose off the same, in accordance with law, by a speaking and a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
