2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the Samdhi of the deceased. He is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2024. Nothing has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7th, Nalanda at Biharsharif/concerned Court below in connection with Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
