2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 145 , 146, 147, 153 and 174 (a) of Railway Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant alleged that on 06.12.2023, all the accused persons including this petitioner along with 200 unknown persons holding flag in there hand scaled over boundary wall of railway line and started demonstrating on the railway line . It is further alleged that when train was coming on the railway track then accused persons began pelting stones at the locomotive due to which front glass of the railway engine was broken .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64128 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired only on the basis of suspicion and due to malfide intention . As a matter of fact, petitioner was not present at the time of incident and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Magistrate Patna Junction in connection with RPF Post Danapur P.S. Case No. 3066 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
