Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 395 and 397 I.P.C. has been added.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019. He was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the
