The petitioner has been in custody since 21.02.2018 in connection with Chautarwa (Bath) P.S. Case No. 250/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the SIM in question was used by the petitioner, there is nothing on record even in the confessional statement made before the police by a co-accused that the present petitioner has any concern with the said Jitendra Mukhiya who is said to have given the confessional statement. It is further submitted that in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it has

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no further material in the case diary, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Chautarwa (Bath) P.S. Case No. 250/2017.
