2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, except for suspicion there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
