2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023, lodged on 23.07.2023, under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country-made loaded pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that under the conspiracy arrest has been made. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023. There is one pending case against the petitioner which is not of Arms Act.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.07.2023.

6. Considering the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Hence, bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but liberty is granted that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges.
