2. The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 646 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8/12 of POCSO Act.

3. Allegedly, while the informant's son went to Barauni Ward No. 3 to receive his rent of shop, the petitioner in drunken state abused and assaulted his son and on the order of co-accused, the petitioner is said to have inserted sharp cutting knife into his body with intention to kill his son as a result of which, the informant's son sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68072 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is under incarceration since 15-04-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Medha Manisha, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 646 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
