1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no.9 of 2025 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have obtained appointment as a teacher in a Government primary school on the basis of a forged training certificate and result of BETET, 2011.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No forged certificate was produced or submitted by the petitioner. In any case of the matter the petitioner has resigned from his service as Panchayat Teacher and did not receive any salary. He has no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the petitioner having resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher as stated in paragraph no.7 of the petition together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no.9 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari.
