Petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 2042 of 2014 for the offence under sections 406, 504, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is aged about 85 years. He submits that there is fake allegation that some donation was received by the organization but instead of depositing the amount in the account of Buddhist Thai-Bharat Society it was deposited in the personal account.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60860 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Learned counsel submits that petitioner is no more connected with the affairs of the Buddhist Thai-Bharat Society. He left his office long back.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is aged about 85 years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2042 of 2014 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be government employee.
