This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18037 of 2022 by this Court, by which the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 22.07.2022 with certain conditions including condition no. (i) 'that the bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted only after framing of charge, if not already framed'. But till date charges have not been framed since the co-accused persons are not appearing in the leaned court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66953 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the condition no. (i) imposed regarding acceptance of the bail bond after framing of charge is waived and stands deleted from the conditions.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.07.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
