This Court is unable to appreciate the relief prayed for in this writ application. It is stated that one Manoj Kumar Sinha got fixed a 'Shila Patta' at the mouth of lane in the name of his late father namely 'Devendra Lane'. However, there is no order passed by the Authority naming the street /lane as 'Devendra Lane'. In the light of the pleadings made in the writ application,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17689 of 2013 (3) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 no relief can be granted to the petitioner. If he has any such grievance it shall be open to him to institute appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

The writ application is dismissed.
