1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case no.414 of 2024 registered under sections 109, 126(2), 115(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S,2023.

3. The allegations in the F.I.R is that the husband of the informant along with other family members had assaulted her causing serious injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant had been married for the past 8 years. Some scuffle took place between the petitioner and the informant owing to which the informant received injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that parties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66091 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 have entered into a compromise and good relations have been established between the parties.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has also supported the said compromise which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-P/2 to the petition.

6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering that the matter relates to wife and husband and the same has already been compromised between them, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case no.414 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
