2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 274, 275, 317(5), 3 and 5 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 registered in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case No. 117 of 2024 (G.R.No.492/2024).
3. Based on a secret information regarding transportation of illicit liquor, the informant along with other police personnel reached the informed place and apprehended two accused persons, including the petitioner. On search, total 102 litres of liquor was recovered from the two bikes ridden by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69154 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 the petitioner and other accused persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of illicit liquor. He is the person of clean antecedents and is in custody since 08.07.2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur in in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case No. 117 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
