2. The present M.J.C. was filed on 18.12.2017,
Patna High Court MJC No.3659 of 2017 dt.09-04-2025 2/2 whereas the time limit stipulated by Co-ordinate Bench on 31.10.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 1729 of 2012 was for a period of one month from 31.10.2017. Time limit stipulated has lapsed on 30th November, 2017, whereas present M.J.C. has been filed on 18.12.2017. In other words, whatever the time limit stipulated by the Co-ordinate Bench on 31.10.2017 has lapsed on 30th November, 2017, therefore, question of extension of time limit by means of M.J.C. is not permissible.
3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 3659 of 2017 stands dismissed.
