2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 07.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
