JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondents no. 2 and 3 with regard to his grievance pertaining to upgradation of his pay scale and the concerned authority be directed to dispose of the same in a specific time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file his representation regarding his grievance pertaining to the upgradation of pay scale within a period of four weeks from today before the respondents no. 2 and 3 and the said respondents shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
