The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44670 of 2022.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the
