The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 465 of 2017 (G.R. No. 6103 of 2017), registered under Sections 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner is transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63067 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-XVIIcum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 465 of 2017 (G.R. No. 6103 of 2017) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
