2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a complaint case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, complainant alleged that one another Sudhir Yadav sold the land of complainant in favour of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is herself victim of circumstances. Petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the land in

It is further submitted that complainant has also filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 30 of 2024 before the learned Sub Judge-1st, Lakhisarai for cancellation of the sale deed in question in which notices have been issued. Moreover, the dispute is with regard to sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature and none of the acts allegedly committed by this petitioner would give rise to any criminal liability. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Complaint Case No. 386 of 2023,
