JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Garkha P. S. Case No. 72 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, 34 of IPC.

So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation against him of assaulting the informant by Khanti, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that later on, the injury report was shown to be simple in nature. He is in custody for more than 04 months. Charge sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.74114 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Sara at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P. S. Case No. 72 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
