JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order of the respondent no. 3, vide memo no. 260 dated 05.02.2017, whereby the PDS dealership of the petitioner, bearing Licence No. 346/2007 has been cancelled.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the Supply Appeal against the impugned order of cancellation has already been filed on 18.12.2017, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned appellate authority that the Supply Appeal dated 18.12.2017 said to have been filed against the order of cancellation passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Saharsa vide memo no. 260 dated
