1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, commanding the respondents, specially the Respondents No. 4 to 7 to remove the encroachment made over the 'Paine' (Apasi) which is situated in Saidanpur Mauza, Thana No. 70, Khata No. 236, Khesra No.1114 by constructing the road over the same which is causing hurdle in many irrigation work of the general people of the locality.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.7 i.e. the Circle Officer, Fatuha, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
