ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017 in connection with Sukhani P.S. Case No.17 of 2017 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.8/18 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had given spade blow on the stomach of the deceased, the post-mortem report indicates that the death has occurred due to cardio respiratory failure and myocardial infarction.
