1. Heard Mr. Apurv Harsh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lalan Kumar, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ekma P. S. Case No. 254 of 2025, dated 01.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is 19 year old teen aged boy, the allegation against him is that he was riding a motorcycle as a pillion rider with co-accused namely, Ranjit Kumar with firearms but there is no allegation of using the said firearms by the petitioner and further co-caused Ranjit Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72668 of 2025. It is further

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and taking into account the petitioner's young age and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Ekma P. S. Case No. 254 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
