JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named and the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents for granting him pay the death claim/benefit cum circular under Covid-19 in the year 2021, Petitioner's husband had died during the course of treatment in Multi Speciality Hospital, under D.M.C. campus, Darbhanga."

Patna High Court CWJC No.17005 of 2022(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the respondentState has produced a photo copy of cheque dated 26.06.2023 for a sum of Rs. 4,50,000/-, which has already been handed over to the petitioner and the same also bears the acknowledgement of the petitioner in proof of receipt of the said cheque by her, which has been paid to her in lieu of death of her husband on account of COVID-19 infection. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
