Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 1553 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from behind the hut of Uday and Chandan and also from the Straw house of Sohan Mahto, with whom the petitioner has no conern. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
