Patna High Court CWJC No.17618 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 encroachment case bearing Encroachment case no. 7 of 2006-07. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the Circle Officer, Goriyakothi, Siwan shall be obliged to pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 7 of 2006-07, if not already passed, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
