2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 295 of 2024 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 532 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of sister of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner. After marriage, the petitioner along with co-accused persons started demanding dowry of Rs. 1 lakh. It is further alleged that on 14.07.2023, the informant got an information that the accused persons had committed murder of his sister by pressing her neck. The informant rushed to the matrimonial house of his sister where he saw her dead body, kept in the room.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted

He was examined as PW-6 and he stated that the members of matrimonial inmates never demanded dowry and his sister had committed suicide. The petitioner is under custody since 11.08.2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City in connection with S.Tr. No. 295 of 2024 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 532 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
