2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 447, 448 , 323 , 308 , 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against these petitioners is to abuse

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69629 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/3 and assault the informant while he was sitting in his own shop along with his family members by means of an iron rod, due to which they got severe injuries to vital parts of the body . It is further alleged that accused persons also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant's family members. It is also alleged against them that they threw goods from the informant's shop and snatched a golden chain .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as per FIR, it was other co-accused person who is alleged to have caused grievous injury to the informant's side and so far as these petitioners are concerned, injury caused by them is found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022 , subject
