2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 53 of 2024 arising out of Mission P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the sister of the informant went to school but she didn't return. The informant has firm belief that the petitioner had kidnapped his sister
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that he was arrested on the day of lodging of the FIR itself and there is no other allegation against the petitioner except that he was talking with the victim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67962 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 on mobile. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 29.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumExclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Sheikhpura in connection with POCSO Case No. 53 of 2024 arising out of Mission P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
