====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 250 litres of illicit liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge 2nd, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- (i). The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Parsa Bazar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
