Mr. AC to AAG 5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 25-04-2018 After having perused the order dated 20.11.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge, we are satisfied that no error of fact or law has been committed by dismissing the writ application on the ground of delay and laches.
Even otherwise, the entire rule relating to such selection and the provisions has undergone a change now. Since the matter related to suspension of the licence of the year 2004 and cancellation thereafter, therefore, no interference is warranted with the impugned order. Appeal is dismissed.
