Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 76 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured the complainant ever. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019.
