.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Amresh Kumar Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Rajballabh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard the parties.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 10.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26467 of 2017. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing, causing injury on chest. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is substantial progress in the trial.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
From perusal of the records, it appears that two witnesses were examined and discharged, thereafter, revision application was preferred against the order dated 11.10.2017 and such record was called for by the learned Sessions Judge and as such trial was not concluded within time.
In such view of the mater, I am not inclined the petitioner to grant privilege of bail, however, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial once the record has been received.
