The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/302/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It appears that having similar allegation coaccused Awadh Das and Mukesh Das have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.4984 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.2732 of 2018 respectively. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1703 of 2018 (4) dt.14-03-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.277 of 2017, arising out of Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.79 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
