The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Jamui P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2017.
Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
